    PHP Ucfirst() Function 


    The PHP ucfirst() function returns string converting first character into Uppercase letter. It's doesn't change the case the other characters.



    Syntax

     string ucfirst ( string $str )


    Example 

    <!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <head>

    <title> PHP String  Length </title>

    </head>
    <body>

    <h1> </h1>


    <?php


    $str =  "my self  kumar Atul Jaiswal";

    echo ucfirst ( $str );


    ?>
