    Now, I will  tell you  How To Write a batch script  file and make a talking computer. 




    Step 1     :-     Message=InputBox("Enter text","Speak")
    Step 2         :-         Set Speak=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
    Step 3         :-                                         Speak.Speak Message


     And go to the file menu option in Notepad and save the file, And the Extension is    .vbs
