Unruly mob creates ruckus at AU; thrashes student leaders sitting on peaceful protest

The main (library) gate of Allahabad University witnessed chaos on Tuesday when a group, part of a campaign procession, manhandled the student leaders sitting on a dharna at the main gate. Following the incident, several of the former AU student union members submitted an application at Colonelganj police station against those who have manhandled the student leaders.
