    Outgoing DG Home Guards, Surya Kumar Shukla, on Wednesday opened up on his controversial letter to chief minister Yogi Adityanath, saying he was only seeking advice and there is nothing wrong in it as retiring officers writing to government for extension of service or for other work is a common practice in the state.
